If you are ever feeling dissatisfied with your service, please reach out to us within one week of your service date. We cannot guarantee a full-refund for your service, however, we take great pride in our willingness and ability to problem solve with our clients especially if expectations were not met. We will invite you in to learn more about your hair goals, review your consultation with your stylist, and assess your current results. We aim to do everything we can to get you to where you hoped to be.

 

cancellation policy

We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy. This policy is in place to protect both your time and the time and livelihood of our stylists. Our cancellation policy at The Hair Tailor requires 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason. This sets our stylists up for success and enables them to fill the appointment slot with another guest inquiring. If you are unable to give 24 hours notice, there will be a 100% service fee collected by invoice from your specialist. Please note that by booking any appointments at our salon, you are agreeing to be fully compliant and reliable to this policy.


no show policy

When you fail to make your appointment and do not notify The Hair Tailor with adequate time beforehand, we are not given the opportunity to attempt to fill your appointment time. This often means that our stylists go without pay for that service. It is The Hair Tailor’s policy that in the event of a no-show, clients will be charged a non-refundable fee equal to 100% of their scheduled service that day. No show clients are also subject to a deposit in order to book future appointments.


late policy

We understand that traffic, weather, and other delays out of your control may happen. Please notify The Hair Tailor if you are running late to your appointment as soon as possible. If you’re running 15 minutes or more behind your scheduled appointment time, depending on the nature of your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Our service times are determined to ensure that you and your stylist have the adequate time to ensure your services are completed to The Hair Tailor’s standards. We will do our best to accommodate our clients whether that’s a shorter service time or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments that are missed due to tardiness may be considered a no show and subject to our no show charge.
